At Villanova, you may live on-campus in one of our 18 residence halls and 8 apartment-style suite buildings.

To be eligible for on-campus housing, you must be admitted to Villanova as a first-time freshman resident student and pay your non-refundable registration deposit of $700 postmarked no later than May 1, 2009. Incoming freshmen designated with residency status who accept an offer of admission and their registration deposit by the above date are guaranteed on-campus housing for three consecutive years.

The University employs a multi-step process assigning incoming freshmen to residence halls and reserves the right to structure housing assignments in any way in order to guarantee housing to all first-time freshmen.
