In conjunction with the State of Pennsylvania, Villanova considers applicants for admission under the Academic Advancement Program (AAP). The purpose of AAP is to provide an educational opportunity for students who are Pennsylvania residents and who meet the academic and economic criteria established by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 1971, legislatively designated and publicly known as ACT 101.
